    Instructions

    Step 1: Introduction and Preparation

    1. Familiarize yourself with the hip brace components – straps, padding, buckles, and any support mechanisms.
    2. Choose a comfortable, quiet area to assist your dog, minimizing distractions.

    Step 2: Preparing Your Dog

    1. Lead your dog to the chosen area and create a calm environment. Use treats or gentle words to reassure and relax your dog.

Step 3: Applying the Hip Brace

    1. Gently position the brace under your dog's belly, ensuring the padded section aligns with the hip joints.
    2. If the brace has adjustable straps or support panels, make sure they are properly aligned and ready for fastening.

    Step 4: Securing the Brace

    1. Begin fastening by securing the widest and most central strap first. This helps establish the proper position and alignment of the brace.
    2. Proceed to fasten the remaining straps, ensuring a snug but not restrictive fit. Adjust the tension as needed for your dog's comfort.

    Step 5: Encouraging Movement

    1. Assist your dog in standing and walking gently. Observe how they move and whether the brace hinders their mobility.
    2. Allow your dog to take gradual steps and provide positive reinforcement to keep them at ease.

    Step 6: Regular Monitoring

    1. Monitor your dog's behavior and comfort level while wearing the brace. Watch for signs of irritation or discomfort.
    2. Remove the brace periodically to inspect the skin and ensure there are no signs of chafing or pressure sores.

Step 7: Consultation with a Veterinarian

    1. Consult your veterinarian before using the hip brace. They can guide you on whether a brace is suitable for your dog's specific condition and provide personalized instructions.
    2. Your veterinarian can advise on proper usage, adjustments, and any complementary treatments.

    Step 8: Gradual Adaptation

    1. Give your dog time to adjust to the brace. Some dogs may take time to get comfortable, so patience is key.
    2. Gradually increase the duration your dog wears the brace as they become more accustomed to it.

    Size measurement

To ensure proper fit, it's essential to accurately measure your dog's neck and leg circumference. Carefully locate the knee joint on the leg and measure around it. Starting from the knee joint, measure up to the center of the dog's back for an accurate assessment.

    Notice

    • The hip brace is bilateral and goes over both buttocks.
    • Left and right leg markings make it easier to put on.
    • The comfortable and breathable material gives dogs a better wearing experience.
    • Can be used throughout the day, just remove at night to allow your dog's skin to breathe.

We discovered that our Labrador had a hip problem that seemed to become more pronounced over time. He has a very outgoing and happy personality, and we know he's fine; it's just that his body is struggling. So I went looking for an option to help him besides medication and surgery and stumbled upon this program. This seems reasonable in terms of price, quality and structure. Now that it's here, I think it's a good choice. He seems to enjoy wearing it as he can stand and walk better than before. He was so excited to put it on. This made it difficult for him to put on at times, but eventually after a few adjustments it worked for him. The brace also has a handle on the hip, which makes it easier for me to help my dog move around, and my friends and I love it. Overall, I'm glad I found this and would recommend it to dogs who have difficulty standing and walking due to symptoms of hip dysplasia.

I recently purchased this hip brace for my dog and it works really well for dogs with hip dysplasia. My dog has always had difficulty walking and moving, but his quality of life has improved dramatically since using this brace. This hip brace provides stability and support to correct developmental hip problems and reduce your dog's pain and discomfort. I noticed that after wearing the brace, his gait became smoother and he was able to walk and run more easily. This brace provides reliable support and help for dogs with hip dysplasia, allowing my dog to live a happier life.

My labrador dog has severe arthritis in his hips. Almost every time she ran or played, she limped back into the house. This brace really helps with her mobility! It also has a carrying handle, which is great for me to help my dog especially when going up the stairs, or when getting into the car. Thank you very much, I found this hip brace, so that my Labrador can restore the happy and free life before.

Hello, I am a neuroscientist and undergraduate veterinary student. My dog has osteoarthritis and hip dysplasia and can no longer stand. He suffers from the syndrome, and while recovering, he is unable to walk on his own. He overcame the syndrome but lost a lot of muscle so the pain increased and he refused to stand up and walk by himself. I am very worried about my beloved dog (we just helped another older dog go to the "Rainbow Bridge" 10 months ago). However, on the second day of using this hip brace, I saw my dog stand up on his own, and from the third day onwards he is standing and moving like before. I was also able to reduce his pain medication dose to 1/3 of the previous dose. This product is totally worth any program, plus, the attention from those people is really kind. I really want to congratulate you on your product and thank you all. I wish you all the best! ! !
