Instructions

Pull up the brace until it fully covers the knee area. Take the fastening strap, place it under the abdomen and over the back, and fasten the velcro on the outer side.

Size measurement

Steps to measure the proper size:

1) Get a tape measure or something else you can use to measure.

2) Measure the outline of the leg at the height of the hock,carpal.

3) Have a look at our size chart and pick the size that fits your measurement.

4) If you are unsure about two sizes, it is always best to pick the bigger one.

Notice

1.Strentch the dog hock brace well before putting it on.

2.Place the dog leg ankle wrap around the legs stably.

3.Adjust the velcro to suitable for the dogs' size.

4.Please be watching when your dog slowly moving,you could tighten or loosen the velcro to the most comfort position.

5.Remember to remove it when your dog is resting.

Our dog just had a ccl repair and I was looking for just a little more stability for the non-surgical leg for support. I know it's NOT a knee brace but it appears to offer added support for the good leg, at least she knows it's on there and slows her down just enough so she doesn't get too wild. She wears it during the day and not at night and doesn't mind it at all.

Great product. Fits well, good fit. Secure. Attached, our 13 year old. She was not able to walk but down the driveway without her rear legs giving out (weakness at the ankle/steifel). Day one, we saw an instant improvement. Day two, double. She actually wanted to run. Picture attached, she's resting after the first actual walk she has had in 6 weeks. She is even now trying to get on furniture! She is feeling the support, for sure. Wish I would have put these on her, sooner. Excellent brace.

I don't want to say it was a bad purchase even though I returned. It just did not fit my chihuahua/terrier snug. It is made well. I would still say buy it and try.

These fit perfectly and comfortably. My dog actually has bad stifles, but i bought these wraps thinking it might help keep her hock area less strained and they work. I have all the horse products and now these and a dog blanket. Love BOT.

My dog loves this brace. My dogs crucial ligaments on both rear legs are partially torn and his meniscus has been making popping sounds. I had him scheduled for surgery but after seeing improvement with reduced exercise I decided to cancel the surgery and purchased these for extra support. I just got them but already his joint is popping less! Also he was much perkier with them and stopped favoring his better leg! It’s the first time in weeks he hasn’t limped. Very happy with this purchase.

I can tell that it does make a difference. Just make sure to put it on right or it does fall off or come undone. Working well for my older dog.

These braces work wonders for my Australian Shepherd mix of 14 years. Last winter, his back legs were hit by a car and since, his back legs have been weak, shaky and just plain unsteady. Now, he’s back to chasing squirrels again! He’s got more pep in his step and seems so much happier!
