Instructions

Carefully place the dog leg brace on the dog's leg.
Connect the four velcros one by one.
Tighten the buckle of the strap to prevent the stand from slipping and adjust it to a comfortable position for your dog.

Wear the brace for 30 minutes a day, then add 30 minutes a day thereafter, up to a maximum of 12 hours

I have to say I am grateful and impressed with Noah and his Labra dog knee brace! He contacted me shortly after purchase to follow up on fit for my dog, Xander. Amazon had accidentally shipped me the wrong side, but made it right as soon as I called them. I let Noah know this in my reply and he said to contact him directly if there were any more issues. My 9.5 year old pit bull had knee surgery on his left knee two years ago. He healed, but it took a long time and he had lots of pain during the healing process. A few weeks ago, Xander tore his right CCL/ACL and was completely lame. We decided not to undergo surgery with him again and researched alternatives. Our vet worked with us on pain management and we looked into a variety of braces. We loved the Labra knee brace - the harness to keep it in place, the metal stabilizers on either side, and the triple strap system to keep the tibia from shifting forward too much when Xander walked. We measured Xander for a medium knee brace and it is a great fit! The back strap (to keep the brace strap over the hips) was a little too long, so I shortened it up. I also sewed on leather “belt loops” to the leg brace itself for the top elastic strap. We had problems with the top strap falling down and the brace sliding. Once I added the leather loops, the strap now stays in place and doesn’t shift down. Xander is doing very well two weeks into wearing his brace. I put it on him to go outside and potty, walk in the living room for a bit, then take it off to put him back in his play pen. (We use a children’s play yard to confine him while he heals). Overall impressed with the brace, the company, the customer service and the owner. Would definitely order again from them and use their products!

I bought this for my dog after he was diagnosed with a shoulder dislocation and tendon pull in his right front leg. The veterinarian said he could do surgery but at my dogs age (10) he wasn’t sure how successful it would be. My dog was limping constantly before we got this, but he is now able to use his leg again. I am more than happy!

I got this knee brace for my Ridgeback Mix who tore her acl. The brace is easy to put on and it seems to be good quality. The only thing is if you have an active dog like mine, the brace can ride down and needs to be readjusted during the day. Given the anatomy of a dog I’m not sure that there is a better solution especially since my dog has huge thighs and small knees. I mainly decide for this brace because it isn’t specific to a perticular leg but can be used on all of them :)
